We look forward to seeing our patients again, but we also understand that the threat from COVID-19 is not over. We remain deeply committed to keeping our facility safe for you and for our staff. To that end, we have a number of new protocols that you will encounter when you come in for your appointment:
A face mask or covering that covers both mouth and nose must be worn for the duration of the visit. The current CDC recommendation is for anyone over age 2 (maturity and health conditions permitting) to wear a face covering in all public spaces.
Please click here for more information about how to properly wear a face cover or mask.
You will see our Doctors and staff wearing face masks as well; they may also wear other personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, goggles, and/or face shields.
You will receive online forms via text and/or email. You will be able to complete all of the required paperwork using your computer or mobile device.
We ask that you complete all forms prior to your scheduled appointment.
In order keep the number of people in the office at once to a minimum, we request:
Any minor only be accompanied by one parent/guardian; no additional family members.
Any adult who may have a friend/spouse/etc. along for their appointment ask them to wait outside, unless needed for mobility or translation.
Please try to maintain a 6 foot distance between yourself and other people in the office.
Anyone who has traveled internationally within 2 weeks of their appointment may be asked to reschedule.
All glasses and sunglasses are cleaned and UV sterilized before they are returned to the display.
If you wish to come in to browse glasses or to have your glasses repaired or adjusted, please schedule an appointment. When your glasses are ready for pickup, we will contact you to schedule an appointment.
“High touch” surfaces (door knobs, counters, etc.) will be cleaned daily.
All equipment will be cleaned and sanitized before each patient encounter.
